The Parable of the Charitable Servants

Three men were overcome with a great desire to help the poor.

The first went and sold all he had. He fed one hundred for one year.

The second took his wealth and began a business. He employed one hundred giving all the profits in wages. After five years the business failed because of a lack of financial strength.

The third took his wealth and began a business which he ensured ran at a profit. His business employed one hundred for one hundred years.

Which now of these three, thinkest thou, served the poor the greatest?
